Extreme Weather Policy (Last Updated: June 22, 2026)

1. Automatic Cancellation

-If Black Rain or Typhoon No.8 is hoisted after 00:00, services from 06:00 to 12:00 are  automatically cancelled.
-If Black Rain or Typhoon No.8 is hoisted after 06:00, services from 12:00 to 18:00 are automatically cancelled.
-If Black Rain or Typhoon No.8 is hoisted after 12:00, services from 18:00 to 24:00 are automatically cancelled.
-If Black Rain or Typhoon No.8 is hoisted after 18:00, services from 00:00 to 06:00 the next day are automatically cancelled.

-All cancellations are automatic. No separate notice is required.

2.During Tour – 3-Hour Forecast Received

-If a forecast is issued that Typhoon No.8 or Black Rain will be hoisted within the next 3 hours:

-Airport pick-up (guest already picked up): continue to hotel. Full charge.
-Airport pick-up (guest not picked up): cancel, staff withdraw. Retain amount for next booking.

-Airport drop-off (guest already picked up): continue to airport. Full charge.
-Airport drop-off (guest not picked up): cancel, staff withdraw. Retain amount for next booking.

-Day tour (guest already picked up): cancel, return guest to hotel. Full charge.
-Day tour (guest not picked up): cancel, staff withdraw. Retain amount for next booking.

3.Refund Policy (B2B)

-Not started (auto-cancelled): retain amount for next booking. No cash refund.
-Already started (whether completed or not): full charge. No refund.
-Vehicle dispatched but guest not picked up: retain amount for next booking. No cash refund.

4.Weather That Does NOT Trigger Cancellation

-Typhoon Signal No.1, Typhoon Signal No.3, Amber Rainstorm Warning, Red Rainstorm Warning.
-Tours run as normal.

5.Key Rules

-Safety first. We do not operate vehicles in extreme weather.
-Guests cannot force departure by signing a waiver.
-All cancellations are automatic. No separate notice is required.
-This policy is final and will not be changed.
